KDA Holds Annual Tailgater Event to Cheer On KC Royals
About 30 KDA member dentists, along with their family and friends, met in the George Brett Lounge at Kauffman Stadium for the KDA Tailgater event on Friday, July 8 to cheer on the Kansas City Royals as they took on the Seattle Mariners.
Representatives from KDA endorsed companies Tax Favored Benefits and Johnston Fiss Insurance were also in attendance. Events like the Tailgater provide a unique opportunity for KDA members to meet with endorsed companies and ask questions in a relaxed group setting.
When the doors to the suite opened at 5:30 PM, attendees were able to socialize, network, and enjoy complementary dinner and beverages before the game began at 7. Attendees could watch the game from just outside the suite in a reserved seating section, or from inside the suite where several TVs were airing the game live.
KDA member dentists traveled from Wichita, Burlington, Fort Scott, Salina, Manhattan, Topeka, and other locations for the once per year event.
