Renew/Pay Dues

 

Membership dues are assessed annually and follow a calendar-year cycle. Payment is due January 1 each year. Members who have not paid in full—or who have not established an installment plan—will lose access to membership benefits as of March 31.

If you are retired or plan to retire before March 31, 2026, please contact Melissa Brough.

Our office hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.

Payment Options

 

Your membership can be paid by:

  • Check (full payment only);
  • Credit card (full payment or installment options) a $30 convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.

Payment Schedule Options:

  • 4 Equal Installments: run on the 15th of each month
  • 6 Equal Installments: run on the 5th of each month
  • 12 Equal Installments: run on the 10th of each month 

Auto Renew: Automatically renew your KDA membership each year. No more renewal letters, lapsed membership, missed payments, or loss of benefits.

Lobbying Notice
Dues payments and contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes to the extent that payments are not made to 501(c)(3) organizations. United States taxpayers please note: Under tax law, only that portion of an association member’s dues not attributable to lobbying activities is deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.

For 2026, 5% of ADA dues and 8% of KDA dues are allocable to lobbying activities and are therefore, non-deductible as a business expense.

Voluntary Contributions

  • *Kansas Dental Political Action Committee (KDPAC) $150.00
    This is a voluntary contribution and not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are not limited to the suggested amount.
  • **Kansas Mission of Mercy (KMOM) $125.00
    This is a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution supporting charitable dental care throughout Kansas.
  • ***American Dental Association Political Action Committee (ADPAC) $100.00
    This is a voluntary contribution and not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are not limited to the suggested amount.
