What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This candidate would enjoy a fast-paced environment, engage in creative problem-solving, be eager to learn dental technology, and work with patients and staff towards the best outcomes. This position is ideal for an experienced dentist; however, a new graduate seeking growth would be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• $750–$1,000 daily guarantee OR 30% of production (whichever is higher) Would expect 200k-300k a year based on projected production. Daily rate based on experience
• Established patient base ready to schedule

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Utilize advanced technology to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
• Maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
