The Senate Committee on Public Health Welfare met this morning and DID NOT take action on SB 103, the bill that eliminates the 20% rule.  The Committee is not scheduled to meet again until after the today’s legislative deadline for committee’s to act on bills, therefore, SB 103 is effectively dead for this session!

Note: Issues can always be amended into another bill but that is unlikely.
