Revised I-9 Form Needed After September 18
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has released a revised I-9 form used for employment eligibility verification.
The November 2016 version of the form can be used through September 17. Employers must still follow existing storage and retention rules for any previously completed I-9 form.
The revised form is available on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website at uscis.gov.
