As an associate dentist at Michel Dental, your typical day will include:
- Interactive Morning Huddle: We kick off our day at 7:15 am with an engaging morning huddle, where you'll collaborate with our dedicated team to reflect on past successes, address areas for improvement, and prepare for the day's patients.
- Collaborative Environment: You'll work alongside 23 dental and business professionals, including fellow dentists, hygienists, and support staff, fostering an environment of mutual support and growth.
- Caring for Diverse Patients: At Michel Dental, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the oral health of patients from various backgrounds, ages, and walks of life.
- Cutting-Edge Setup: We operate in a modern, paperless, high-tech office powered by Dentrix software and equipped with advanced tools and equipment.
- Individualized Approach: You'll treat each patient as a valued member of our dental family, ensuring that their care is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
- Varied Case Load: You'll attend to a diverse range of patients, ranging from 20 to 80 patients daily, offering comprehensive services such as endodontics, tooth replacement, and Invisalign.

Job details
Pay: $200,000– Unlimited; $10,000 Sign on bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends

Skills and Requirements:
