Seeking Associate Dentist - Manhattan, KS

Busy 4 doctor group private practice is looking for a full time associate starting immediately in the thriving town of Manhattan, KS.
Senior Partner has retired after 35 years with practice. Retiring partner’s practice has personal patient base of 2000+. We are seeking a caring, quality-oriented doctor who values building relationships with patients. Associate will have full practice and treatment planning autonomy to care for his or her patients. Mentorship will be available for newer graduates as you start your private practice career. Position will start as associateship, but buy-in/partnership opportunity will follow. Our 14 operatory 6,100 sq. ft. office building hosts a highly dedicated and skilled team comprised of 6 full time hygienists, 4 dental assistants, and 3 front office personal. Associate will be provided their own operatories for patient care and private office for a typical 8 hour work day. Office is fully digital, equipped to handle full spectrum of general dentistry, and uses Eaglesoft office management software. Compensation:
• Competitive minimum daily base salary or 30-35% of monthly collections (No Lab Fees) Benefits:
