The 28th Annual ADA New Dentist Conference Kicks Off

KDA member Dr. Michael LeBlanc, Vice Chair of the ADA New Dentist Committee, kicks off the 28th Annual ADA New Dentist Conference in Kansas City.

Thirty-four Kansas New Dentists took advantage of the $250 KDA registration scholarship along with 10 or so other KDA member dentists and staff attended the conference. In addition, the KDA provided funds for approximately 50 UMKC students to attend free of charge. Total registration for the meeting was second only to San Diego over the past ten years.

Nearly all ADA Trustees and other leaders attended the meeting to help groom the next generation of dental leaders.

Dr. Tim Herre, Co-Chair of the KDA New Dentist Committee helped organize the meeting and commented about the conference, “There is no other ADA meeting that allows new dentists with more opportunity to meet and talk with national dental leaders who not long ago were experiencing the same practice concerns as them.”
