The Ad Council and the Partnership for Healthy Mouths has released a new mobile game app designed to inspire children to brush their teeth two minutes, two times each day.
“Mobile technology plays a major role in influencing young people’s behavior and is a great fit for this campaign,” said Peggy Conlon, president and CEO of the Ad Council. “We’re thrilled to release our first mobile game, which represents our ongoing efforts to use technology to promote health, education and well-being. We look forward to using this app to help kids maintain healthy oral health habits, and have fun while doing it!”
The mobile game app, geared toward children ages 3 to 6, is available for free in the App Store and Google Play for Android and iOS devices. It is also on the web at 2min2x.org/PlayToothsavers. Dentists may download promotional graphics to post on dental offices at 2min2x.org/adcouncil.org. Members may also promote the app on social media via Twitter with hashtag #Toothsavers.
